Compressed shu pu'er (ripe pu'erh) tea cake from Da Xue Shan (snow mountain) in western Yunnan. Waist level old tree leaves (lao shu 老樹) harvested during autumn 2016 (40%) and spring 2017 (60%).

 

Unique and accurate blend of young leaves of exceptional quality. Notes of fresh dates and a surprising long sweet finish. A clear brown drink of medium clearity, unusual for its age.

 

A winter tea recommended for drinking after meals, from autumn to spring. Its probiotic character contributes to the functioning of the heart & digestive system and blood flow.

 

Local tea of exceptional quality to the genre, consisting of organic whole leaves harvested and processed by hand, using a sustainable natural growing method. This tea was tested at Eurofins Lab in Taiwan and was found to be completely clean and pesticides free (organic tea).

    Ingredients: Compressed tea leaves

    (Camellia Sinensis)

  • Instructions

    Carve using a pu'er needle a portion of 5.5g tea leaves

     

    Infuse in boiling water at 100°c for 5-10 sec in a traditional infusion pot (120-200 ml) or press pot, for 7-10 times

     

    It is not recommended to infuse this tea in a larger pot.

     

    Each portion suits infusion of up to 1.5L of tea in total
