Moonlight White Danya (Single Buds) is back in stock with spring 2023 edition. A special sorting version of the classic Moonlight White (1 bud 1 leaf), with closed large buds only.

Made from the Camellia Taliensis native Yunnan variety tree, which belongs to a new genre of white tea grown throughout Yunnan Province in recent years, also known as White Pu'er (Pu'erh), or Yunnan Silver Needle. The leaves were picked from old tea trees over 80 years old, grown in a sustainable farm in Mengku, practices traditional farming without the use of chemicals, nor artificial fertilizers (uncertified organic).

Delicate silky white tea of medium body, jasmine aroma and sweet honey finish. A breathtaking appearance of fleshy bold, hairy leaves (hao 毫) in shades of gray and light green, producing a smooth drink of deep golden hue and thick texture.

Daily tea, suitable for drinking at all hours of the day, all seasons, which can be further improved by storage (see storage instructions and validity) which will give it depth and an even sweeter and longer huigan (aftertaste).
Tested in Eurofins laboratory in Taiwan and found 100% pesticides free (uncertified organic tea). Test results also confirms the tea is still under slow fermentation process as expected, which allows the tea to continue aging and improving in its original package.
