Our Tea House in Tel Aviv

Our first tea ceremonies were hosted back in 2018 in our home in Florentin, Tel-Aviv, out of a desire to share the unique tea that we source and export from Hong Kong in our seasonal sourcing trips to East Asia. The goal was to introduce the Israeli audience to the traditional Chinese tea culture and build a vibrant local community of tea enthusiasts who are unwilling to compromise on their cup of tea.

Hosting Tea Ceremony in Israel

Our seasonal and diverse activities - spanning from tea sourcing to hospitality and education in Israel - allow us to straddle the Israel-Hong Kong axis, two ends of the Asian continent. Since 2017, we have been conducting full-fledged seasonal activities during the winter months, including workshops, courses, tastings, and cultural events in rustic hospitality spaces (pop-up venues) and collaborations throughout the country. In January 2023, we opened our first studio in the Levinsky Market, a quiet and secluded tea house that was open for 15 consecutive months, serving as our most successful and enduring hospitality space to date.

Currently we are sourcing tea in Asia, therefor the studio in Levinsky Market is closed and inactive. We will return to hosting, teaching and holding events for the upcoming winter, and we recommend following us on Instagram for updates on our tea journeys and announcements towards the opening of a new space in late 2024. We also invite Hebrew speakers to join our silent WhatsApp group, where Nadi updates once a week with content, promotions, and additional updates covering our journeys and activity.

The journey to embed the wonderful virtues of Chinese tea into our society is still long, but one of our missions is to serve and make our tea and the philosophy behind it accessible in its natural places. Our partners in this journey come from various fields, having embraced the balanced and conscious lifestyle we advocate, forming a distribution arm that weaves the right connection between people and tea.

In 2024, after a decade of keeping our adventures in East Asia to ourselves, we decided to take action and handcraft a boutique tea tour to Taiwan, set to depart in the summer of 2024. The journey to Taiwan will focus on biodynamic wild tea growing known as as Ye fang cha, along with scenes from the local cuisine, including market tours, local trends and fine dining tea pairing experiences which will also feature our tea in their menu. Registration for our guided international tour to Taiwan is in full swing and is open to travelers from around the world. Feel free to contact us for more details.
