Organic white tea made from the local variety Four Seasons (Sijichun 四季春), sourced from the southern part of Nantou County in Taiwan. This spring harvest from mid-April 2022 showcases large and beautiful leaves, cultivated meticulously through organic methods without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, or watering.
 
This is a relatively dark white tea that grew in conditions of warm weather and low altitude. The warm climate allows for natural drying without the intervention of machines, in a pattern of alternating indoor and outdoor cycles. Tasting notes of plum, red grapes, chamomile, and watermelon gum which will take you back to childhood 🍉
 
Taiwan isn't particularly noted for its white tea, especially not in an organic version full of character, which makes this tea unforgettable and rare in its quality. The tea won both awards in our Blind Tasting Club's Summer 2023 edition.
