Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
1. You may cancel a purchase made on this site within 14 days from the day you received the product or the day you received the document with the transaction details, whichever is later.
2. A person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or over) or a new immigrant may, in a transaction that included a conversation with us (including a conversation by electronic means), cancel within 4 months from the day of the transaction, the day the product was received or the day the document with the transaction details was received, whichever is later.

5. For a cancellation due to a defect in the product, a mismatch between the product and its description, or failure to deliver on time, no cancellation fee will be charged and we will arrange collection of the product.
6. If the product has already been delivered and the cancellation is not due to a defect or a mismatch, the product must be returned at the customer's expense, by courier or in person, to the address we will provide in our reply to the cancellation notice.

8. Tea is sensitive to moisture, heat and light. Shipping in Israel

2. Shipping Address

7. Additional Taxes
Order shipped in Israel are subjected to Israel Tax regulations and already included VAT and Tax, without any additional cost by the costumer.
For Shipping Abroad - shipping cost as described in the shopping cart when placing an order, does not include additional Tax costs that may apply to the customer in the destination country, including VAT, customs and release cost. Costs of this type vary depending on the shipping data and destination country and will be at the customer's expense, without a refund on our part.
