Cancel a Transaction

You may cancel a purchase made on this site within 14 days from the day you received the product or the day you received the document with the transaction details, whichever is later.

To cancel, fill in the form below. Your full name and ID number are enough. A confirmation that we received your cancellation notice will be sent to your email.

You can also cancel by WhatsApp message to 051-5104433 or by email to support@hoyumtea.com.

Cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee is charged when cancelling due to a defect or a mismatch.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the order or, at your choice, by Bit or PayBox. If the product has already reached you, please return it to us at your own expense.
