Tea leaves picked from ancient tea trees over 100 years old (gu shu 古樹), grown organically without pestecides at an altitude of 1900m, one of the highest in West Yunnan. The leaves were plucked by hand, processed in a traditional method and hand-rolled into a handy dragon ball shape.
A delicate tea with complexity and unique profile fitting the area of western Yunnan, on the border with Myanmar. A clear and light drink with delicate bitterness and rare saltiness.
Recommended for drinking in the first part of the day, from spring to autumn.
The tea keeps improving with age in its original package even after opening (see storage instructions).
