Original light wulong tea from Xiping village of Anxi district in Fujian province. Classic version of autumn Tie Guan Yin, characterized by a perfect balance between floral aroma and fruity notes. Refined tea of medium body and long lasting aftertaste. Clear liquor in golden color and creamy texture.

 

Tender tea leaves undergoing a traditional procedure of semi oxidation in motion. Sets of 3-4 leaves which are folded in a traditional method that maintains the freshness and perfection of the leaves. The source of inspiration for the Taiwanese oolong industry, and one of the most well known and appreciated teas in tea history.

 

Package is kept throughout the year in the freezer -20°C and contains separate vacuum sealed bags to maintain the perfection of the sensitive leaves. To maintain freshness and long shelf life it should be stored in freezer in the original packaging.

 

Tea harvested in Autumn 2022, suitable for drinking at all hours of the day, from Spring to Autumn. Marking 300 years of TGY in the 5th straghit year we bring one of our most beloved wulongs, we chose a higher grade than usual.

    Use 5-7 grams of tea leaves and hot water 90-100°c

     

    Infuse for 5-15 seconds in traditional teaware or a pressure pot (90-160 ml) suitable for 7 infusions

    or

    Infuse for 2 minutes in a large pot (500-750 ml)
